Analysis from the World Economic Forum and other sources

The World Economic Forum’s materials presented during the report emphasized the growing importance of adaptive industrial strategies, sustainable supply chains, and investments in human capital. Experts noted that in the face of technological and geoeconomic change, states and international institutions must pay special attention to skills development, support for innovation, and the adoption of advanced technologies.

Analytical data from relevant UN bodies on long-term risks and opportunities for industrial development, including the impact of climate change, demographic factors, and digitalization on the global economy, were also considered. The materials and conclusions obtained during the report will be used in the Centre’s analytical and project activities, as well as in formulating recommendations and initiatives aimed at supporting industrial development, innovation, and sustainable growth in the Russian Federation.

The UNIDO Centre in the Russian Federation will continue to participate in international UN system events, strengthening cooperation with partners and promoting the principles of sustainable industrial development at the national and international levels.
