From 23 to 27 November, UNIDO held its 21st General Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Hundreds of participants, including heads of state and government, ministers, representatives of UN agencies, major business and civil society groups, as well as experts from research institutes and other academic institutions, attended the event.

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) today set the course of the future of global industrialization with the official launch of its Vision 2050 and the Industrial Development Report 2026 (IDR26). The launch took place at the 21st Session of the UNIDO General Conference and parallel Global Industry Summit 2025 during a high-level session “Preparing for the Future of Industrialization” in the presence of government ministers, development partners, private-sector leaders and leading economists.

From November 19 to 21, the anniversary international conference „AI Journey 2025“ was held in Moscow, organized by Sber with the participation of the Artificial Intelligence Alliance. The anniversary event brought together leading experts, entrepreneurs, and researchers from Russia, China, India, Serbia, Brazil, and other countries to discuss key trends and challenges in artificial intelligence.
