VII International Environmental Forum «NATURE WITHOUT BORDERS»

August 13, 2013

10 – 11 October, 2013 in Vladivostok, in the building of the Primorsky Territory Administration (Svetlanskaya 22), VII International Ecological Forum „Nature without borders“ will be held.

Organizer of the Forum — Primorsky Krai Administration. The Forum is held with the support of the Federation Council Committee on Agriculture, Food Policy and the Environment, the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, Environment and Ecology. According to the order № 25, dated 21.01.2013 of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources, the Forum included in the plan for formal events held in 2013 in the Russian Federation — the Year of the environment.

Forum, which has already become traditional, well-known not only in Russia but also abroad, especially in South-East Asia, where widespread phenomenon transboundary.

The main theme of the Forum „Environment: the state, security, regulation“ is particularly relevant in the year of environmental protection in Russia and the broad interest of experts and the public, supported at the international level.

Section of the Forum: „Monitoring, legal and regulatory issues of environmental protection,“ „Waste Management of production and consumption, the elimination of the accumulated damage“, „Sustainable water use and protection of water resources“.

The main objective of the Forum is to attract Russian and worldwide awareness of the environment and the formation of a common policy in the field of environmental protection and conservation.

The Forum will be attended by leading Russian and foreign experts. The coverage of the Forum is provided by Russian and foreign mass media.

In order to implement the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 4, 2013 № 1131 of the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation of 22.05.2013 № 178 and the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources from 25.07.2013 № 454 „On preparation to the holding of the IV All-Russian Congress of Environmental Protection“ at the Forum Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources (RPN) of the Primorsky holds report-election a conference on the nomination of candidates from the Primorsky region on the IV All-Russian Congress of Environmental Protection.
