The celebration of the 25th anniversary of the UNIDO Centre for International Industrial Cooperation in the Russian Federation

23 December 2014 — Analytical Centre for the Government of the Russian Federation hosted the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the UNIDO Centre for International Industrial Cooperation in the Russian Federation.
The event was opened by the Director of the Centre Korotkov Sergey Anatolyevich.
A welcoming speech was made by Glukhih Viktor Konstantinovich, President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE), Halperina Zuhra Mikhailovna, Deputy General Director of „Russian Energy Agency“, Zagrekov Viktor Ivanovich, Deputy Director of Department for International Organizations in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Inamov Nuritdin Rakhmanjanovich, Director of Department for International Cooperation in Ministry of Russia, Rachev Mikhail Viktorovich, Deputy Director for innovative development of the Russian research center „Kurchatov Institute“, Director of the UNIDO Centre in Russia in 2002 — 2005, Seniuk Yuri Vladimirovich, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Global Strategies, Evstigneeva Galina Valeryevna, Deputy Head of Department for supervision in the sphere of environmental protection of Rosprirodnadzor, Chinarihina Galina Gennadievna, Deputy head of the Analytical Centre for the Government of the Russian Federation, Grishina Elena Vladimirovna, head of the Russian environmental project RUSECOPRO, Boris Zhelezov, Deputy Director of International education the Ministry of Education, Raenok Dmitry Akhmetov, head of the Department of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental control of “Russian Railways” .
The event was attended by representatives of the Business Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of nature management of the state environmental Inspectorate, the North-Western International cleaner production Centre, as well as representatives of Embassies and Universities.
The President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Viktor Konstantinovich Glukhih awarded the Centre of UNIDO in the Russian Federation Honorary Diploma „For its significant contribution to the development of international economic cooperation.“ Russian Ecological party „the greens“ presented Director of the Center Sergey Korotkov Medal „For Contribution to Sustainable development of the Russian Federation“.
